摘要
目的评价显微手外科患者的护理管理干预方式及要点和其护理管理干预效果。方法对2017年3月—2019年10月该医院显微手外科收入的62例患者实施项目数值统计,以抽签法分组,各31例,实验组选取全面护理管理干预方式,参比组选取一般护理管理干预方式,对比两组并发症及护理管理服务效果满意情况。结果实验组并发症合计数3.23%显著低于参比组的19.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护理管理服务效果满意合计数93.55%高于参比组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为显微手外科患者选择全面护理管理干预方式展示出较优护理管理干预效果。
Objective To evaluate the nursing management intervention methods and main points of micro-hand surgery patients and the effect of nursing management intervention.Methods A total of 62 patients with income from micro-hand surgery in the hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were implemented.The group intervention method was a lottery method.Each group included 31 patients.The experimental group selected comprehensive nursing management intervention method,the reference group selected the general nursing management intervention method,and calculated the total number of complications and the satisfactory total number of nursing management services.Results The total number of complications in the experimental group was 3.23%,which was significantly lower than the reference group's 19.35%,and there was a statistically significant difference between the data values of each group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing management services in the experimental group was 93.55%higher than the reference group's 74.19%,and there was a statistically significant difference between the data values of each group(P<0.05).Conclusion Choosing a comprehensive nursing management intervention method for micro-hand surgery patients shows a better nursing management intervention effect.
