摘要
目的探究无缝隙优质护理管理在手外科中的效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年3月期间接收的手外科患者68例,其中34例采用常规护理管理,为对照组;另外34例采用无缝隙优质护理管理,为观察组。比较分析两组的护理质量。结果经管理后,观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手外科护理中采用无缝隙优质护理管理有利于改善护理质量,在临床上值得进一步推广实践。
Objective To explore the effect of seamless quality nursing management in hand surgery.Methods 68 cases of hand surgery patients received from January 2017 to March 2019 in the hospital were selected,34 of them were treated with routine nursing management,and the other 34 were treated with seamless quality nursing.The quality of care in the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After management,the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of seamless quality nursing management in hand surgery is beneficial to improve the quality of care,and it is worth further promotion in practice.
