摘要
目的依据现代战伤救治需求,设计一套现场急救混合模拟训练技术体系,以提高我军一线战伤急救能力。方法分析当前我军战现场急救模拟训练现状,提出混合模拟训练方法开展战现场急救培训的必要性和紧迫性,借鉴并思考现代战伤现场急救混合模拟训练方法的流程及要点。结果构建了现代战伤现场急救混合模拟训练体系。结论融合最新战术战伤救治理念开展混合模拟训练,并固化为一套高效的模拟训练标准作业程序,对于节约训练成本和时间、显著提升卫勤训练效益和提高现代战伤现场急救能力具有重要意义。
Objective According to the needs of modern combat injury treatment,to design a set of battlefield first aid mixed simulation training technology methods to improve the first aid ability of our army. Methods The current situation of first aid simulation training was analyzed, and the necessity and urgency of the mixed simulation training method to carry out the first aid training on the battlefield were put forward, the process and key points of mixed simulation training methods of modern combatant first aid on battlefield were considered. Results The mixed simulation training technology system of modern combatant first aid on battlefield was constructed. Conclusion Integrating the latest tactical combat casualty care concept to carry out mixed simulation training and solidifying into a set of efficient standard operating procedures, which is of great significance to improve the efficiency of medical training and improve the first aid ability of modern combat injury.
