摘要
以提升大学生体质健康水平为出发点,研究主流健身类APP的特征和功能,结合大学生自主锻炼的影响因素,总结出健身类APP对激发大学生自主锻炼的情景兴趣、科学化自主锻炼、掌控健身效果以及自主锻炼行为的维系有积极促进作用;并以大学生自主锻炼习惯养成为目标,充分结合利用健身类APP提出建议。
Based on improving college students’physical health,this paper studies the characteristics and functions of mainstream fitness APP.Combined with the influencing factors of college students’self-exercise,it is concluded that the fitness APP has a positive effect on stimulating college students’self-exercise scene interest,scientific self-exercise,controlling the effect of fitness and maintaining self-exercise behavior.Besides,the aim is to develop the self-exercise habit of college students,and puts forward some suggestions to make full use of fitness APP.
