摘要
中医理论历经数千年而发展至今,面对西方思维的强势冲击,如何更有策略地发展才能让中医药治疗疾病和呵护健康的优势得以继承和弘扬,是摆在所有中医人面前的大课题。笔者的答案是:既要积累纯中医治病的实践经验,更要“立足长效求速效”,进行纯中医发展的战略思考。文章围绕以下3个方面作战略思考:纯中医是什么——当前纯中医重形式,将来纯中医重内涵;做什么——疗效是核心,纯中医首先要疗效“立足长效求速效”,中医文化传播不是当务之急;怎么做——单病种突破为策略,将息法是取效关键,病房模式是保障。
The theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has gone through the development of two thousand years.Now,confronted with the strong impact of western thoughts,one of the big topics facing all Chinese medicine practitioners is how to develop more strategically to enable Chinese medicine to inherit and promote the advantages of treating diseases and protecting health.Our answer is:Not only do we need to accumulate the practical experience of TCM in treating diseases but also we need to think strategically about the development of pure TCM based on‘focus on long-term effectiveness and seek quick effectiveness’.This paper centered on the following three aspects of strategic thinking.The first aspect was the concept of pure TCM.The current emphasis of pure TCM was on the form,while that of the future pure TCM was on the connotation.The second one was what to do.The top priority of pure TCM was the curative effect rather than the dissemination of TCM culture.The last aspect was how to do it.With single disease breakthrough as a strategy,method of dosage addition and subtraction as the key to effective,and the ward model as the guarantee.
