摘要 在过去的20年里,中国国际关系理论研究取得了令人瞩目的发展,成果显著,产生了各具自身特色的关系理论、道义现实主义、天下体系理论和共生理论等,而且都出版了各自的代表性著作,初步形成了"中国学派"。之所以要建设国际关系理论的"中国学派",主要是因为基于西方文化基础之上的西方国际关系理论本身存在着缺陷、不足和局限性,在多年间忽视和看低非西方思想文化,甚至加以排斥。西方国际关系理论由于其局限,解决不了诸多重要的理论和现实问题。本文认为,产生于非西方地区的理论,其发展有三种境界:一是要独立思考并敢于质疑既有理论;二是要敢于提出自己的问题,在寻求答案的过程中探索理论;三是走自己的路,建构自己的理论学说。迄今为止,中国国际关系理论的建设已初见成效,并正在进一步发展之中。 Over the past 20 years,the construction of international relations theory in China has made important progress and achieved remarkable results.There have appeared four distinct Chinese theories,i.e.,Guanxi theory,moral realism,Tianxia-system theory and Gongsheng theory among others with respective characteristics,and their representative works which have been published.Hence,it can be argued that "Chinese school" has come into being.The reason for inventing "Chinese school" of international relations theory is that Western theories of international relations are based on Western history and culture,but they have their limitations.Furthermore,Western theories usually tend to ignore,if not look down upon,non-Western history and culture,thus they are more or less biased against the "rest".Since they do not take into account non-Western history and experience,they do not address many important questions of non-Western concerns and possibilities.This article argues that theories that have originated in non-Western societies may have three different realms:the first is to think independently and dare to question the established theories;the second is to put forward their own research questions and address them independently;and the third is to take one’s own path and construct its own theory.So far,the construction of international relations theory in China has achieved some initial successes and is probably entering into a new phase.
