摘要
目的:评价低辐射剂量时,滤波反投影(FBP)、自适应统计迭代重建(ASIR)和新一代自适应统计迭代重建(ASIR-V)算法对上腹部CT图像质量的影响。方法:选择25例拟诊胸部病变需行CT检查患者,使用GE Discovery CT 750 HD CT机行胸部低计量扫描。所得图像行FBP、ASIR、ASIR-V后测量肝脏、脾脏、竖脊肌的CT值、背景噪声(SD),计算SNR和CNR,并行相关统计学分析。由2位医师对图像进行主观图像评价。结果:2位医师对图像的主观评价具有很好的一致性。50%ASIR-V组肝脏、脾脏和竖脊肌的SD值均低于40%ASIR和FBP(均P<0.05)。50%ASIR-V组肝脏、脾脏和竖脊肌的SNR值和CNR值均高于40%ASIR和FBP(均P<0.05)。结论:在腹部低剂量CT扫描中,50%ASIR-V与40%ASIR及FBP方法相比,降低了图像噪声,提高了图像质量。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of three different algorithms,the filtered back projection(FBP),the adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASIR)and the new adaptive statistical iterative reconstruction(ASIR-V)on low radiation dose upper abdominal CT image quality.Method:25 patients underwent upper abdominal plain scans on GE Discovery CT 750 HD were included.Statistical parameters were used to analyze the evaluation parameters CT values,SD,CNR and SNR.Result:The subjective scores of the three algorithms had good consistency between reviewers.The SD values of the liver,spleen and erector spinae with 50%ASIR-V were lower than those with 40%ASIR and FBP(all P<0.05).With 50%ASIR-V,the SNR and CNR values of liver,spleen and erector spinae were statistically higher than those of 40%ASIR and FBP(all P<0.05).Conclusion:In low radiation dose abdominal CT,50%ASIR-V reduces image noise and improves image quality when compared with 40%ASIR and FBP reconstruction methods.
