摘要
为了减少泥土对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附,试验制备了抗泥小单体,通过自由基共聚反应将抗泥小单体引入到聚羧酸减水剂分子结构中,合成抗泥缓释型聚羧酸保坍剂,测试其抗泥性能,并与市售缓释型聚羧酸保坍剂M21进行对比。结果表明,对不同种类水泥,0~40℃温度范围内,加入2.0%蒙脱土时,合成保坍剂KN-4的保坍和抗泥效果及对水泥种类和温度的适应性均优于M21;将KN-4应用到混凝土中,其抗泥和保坍效果优于M21,并且对混凝土有明显的增强作用。
In order to reduce the adsorption of clay on polycarboxylate superplasticizer,a small anti-mud monomer was prepared and introduced into the molecular structure of polycarboxylate superplasticizer by free radical copolymerization to form antimud sustain released polycarboxylate slump retaining agent.Then its anti-mud properties were tested and comparison was made to the commercially available product slow-released polycarboxylate herbicide M21.The results show that for different cement types,with 2.0%montmorillonite in the temperature range of 0~40℃,KN-4’s moisture retention and anti-mud effect and adaptability to cement type and temperature are better than M21,KN-4 is applied to concrete,its anti-mud and moisture-preserving effect is better than M21,and it has a significant improvement effect on the strength of concrete.
