摘要
本文参考欧美相关规范,以16万m^3 LNG储罐为研究对象,采用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS在不同荷载组合静力作用下,对LNG储罐外罐罐壁进行了有限元分析。确定了不同工况下LNG储罐罐壁的最大应力及最大位移大小以及所在位置,并对以后的工程设计提出了改进措施以提高经济效益。
In this paper, by referring to the relevant European and American codes and taking 160,000 cubic meters of LNG storage tank as the research object, a large finite element analysis software ABAQUS is adopted to conduct finite element analysis on the external tank wall of LNG storage tank under the static force of different load combinations. The maximum stress, maximum displacement and location of LNG storage tank wall under different working conditions are determined, and the improvement measures are proposed for the future engineering design to improve economic benefits.
