摘要
为了在涉外水电工程的设计中,更好地把握和运用国外工程技术标准和规范,从各技术环节分析研究中外规范的异同十分必要。以巴基斯坦卡洛特水电站的坝下桥和库区淹没复建桥设计为工程背景,分析了卡洛特水电站工程桥梁设计时,在规范选取、荷载选取、材料选取、荷载组合、桩基承载力和抗震设计等方面与中国桥梁设计的异同。在卡洛特水电站桥梁设计中,场区内桥梁建设采用中国设计标准,场区外公共使用的桥梁建设标准规范采用美国标准(AASHTO LRFD 2012)和巴基斯坦公路桥梁实践规范(1967)进行最不利组合控制设计。
In the design of oversea hydropower projects,it is necessary to study the similarities and differences of the standards and regulations of China and other countries in all technological stages,so as to better master and apply the technological standard and regulations of other countries.Taking the reconstruction bridges in downstream of Karot Dam and in its impoundment area as example,the similarities and differences between Pakistan and China in the bridge design was analyzed in terms of the selection of bridge design specifications,vehicular load and materials,load combinations,bearing capacity of pile foundation and seismic design etc..Chinese Standard was adopted in the design of the bridges within the project construction area,and the bridges outside the construction area were designed by following the American Standard(AASHTO LRFD 2012)and Pakistani Standard(1967)according to the most unfavorable combination condition.
