摘要
随着国内勘探力度不断加大,钻井深度不断提高,牙轮钻头在深部地层钻进中发挥着重要作用。在高钻压、高转速下,小尺寸三牙轮钻头硬质合金齿受的动载大,且齿的尺寸相对较小,常常发生硬质合金齿的松动、断裂、脱落。因此,对小尺寸牙轮钻头的硬质合金齿结构进行强度分析研究,具有十分重要的意义。以小尺寸三牙轮钻头硬质合金齿为研究对象,建立了3种牙齿模型;通过ABAQUS软件对硬质合金齿进行静强度分析,获得了牙齿结构Mises应力分布情况;通过Fe-Safe软件对硬质合金齿作疲劳强度分析,获得了疲劳寿命和安全系数;对强度较差的1号楔形齿进行结构优化,强度提升明显;对指导小尺寸牙轮钻头牙齿结构设计具有一定意义。
With the increase of domestic exploration and drilling depth, roller bits play an important role in deep formation drilling. Under high drilling pressure and high rotating speed, small size roller bits often suffers from loosening, fracture and shedding of cemented carbide teeth due to the large dynamic load on the cemented carbide teeth and the relatively small size of the teeth. It is of great significance to study the strength of cemented carbide teeth of small size roller bits.Three kinds of tooth models were established for small size roller bit, Mises stress distribution of tooth structure was obtained by static strength analysis of cemented carbide teeth, fatigue life and safety factor were obtained by fatigue strength analysis of cemented carbide teeth. Structural optimization of No.1 wedge-shaped teeth with poor strength was carried out, and the strength was improved obviously. It has certain significance to guide the tooth structure design of small size roller bits.
