摘要
文章首先介绍了全课程育人模式的内涵,然后以细胞工程内容为主线,结合细胞工程发展史、植物细胞培养与次级代谢产物制备、多倍体与单倍体植物、杂交瘤技术与单克隆抗体等代表性内容,同时结合时事热点,简述了如何在细胞工程教学中实现全课程育人。
This article firstly introduces the connotation of the full-course education mode,then takes Cell Engineering as the main line,combining the development history of cell engineering,plant cell culture and secondary metabolites,polyploid and haploid plant,hybridoma technology and monoclonal antibodies,and at the same time,combining the current events,to expound how to realize full-course education in Cell Engineering education.
