摘要
近年来,高职院校在我国如雨后春笋般发展起来。本文通过对我国高职院校师德建设与立德育人现状的分析,借鉴国外师德建设的成功经验,厘清相关概念,探寻适合我国高职院校师德建设的科学路径,为建设一支高素质的高职院校师资队伍提供理论支持和技术服务。
In recent yean,high vocational colleges are springing up in China.Based on the analysis of the status of moral construction and moral education in domestic high vocational colleges,learning from successful experience of foreign countries,the paper clarified concepts to explore scientific path for moral construction in higher vocational colleges, and to provide theoretical support and technical services for building a high-quality vocational teaching team.
