摘要
目的通过网络药理学分析红核妇洁洗液酸性成分治疗阴道炎的作用机制。方法预测酸性成分潜在作用靶点,进行基因功能及信号通路富集分析,并构建“成分-靶点-通路”网络。结果红核妇洁洗液中6种酸性成分分别为齐墩果酸、对羟基苯甲酸、没食子酸、原儿茶酸、延胡索酸和2-(4-羟基-2-苄基)苹果酸,预测得到260个作用靶点,这些靶点主要富集在丝裂原蛋白活化激酶、核因子-κB(NF-κB)和Toll样受体等信号通路上,发挥抑菌抗炎作用。结论红核妇洁洗液以多成分、多靶点和多通路的协同作用发挥治疗阴道炎的功效。
Objective To analyze the mechanism of acid compounds in Honghefujie Lotion in treating vaginitis.Methods Targets of acid compounds in Honghefujie Lotion were predicted.The targets were analyzed by gene ontology(GO)and kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes,KEGG pathways enrichment.Cytoscape software was used to construct the network of"component-target-pathway".Results 6 acid compounds in Honghefujie Lotion were aquired,including oleanolic acid,(p-hydroxyphenyl)benzoic acid,gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,fumaric acid,and 2-(4-hydroxy-2-benzyl)malic acid.260 target genes were found.These targets were mainly enriched in mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK),NF-κB,Toll-like recepcors(TLR)and other signaling pathways.Conclusion The results of network pharmacology analysis preliminarily revealed the mechanism of treating vaginitis effect of acid compounds in Honghefujie Lotion was the synergistic effect of multiple components,multiple targets,and multiple pathways.
