摘要
目的:测定川贝母止嗽颗粒的体外抗菌活性。方法:采用常规琼脂扩散法对质控和标准菌株以及临床分离得到的革兰氏阳性菌及革兰氏阴性菌进行体外抑菌实验,倍比稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:川贝母止嗽颗粒能够不同程度地对质控和标准菌株,及革兰氏阳性、阴性菌临床分离株发挥体外抑菌作用,MIC范围为13mg·mL-1～3120mg·mL-1。结论:川贝母止嗽颗粒体外具有较好的抗菌作用。
Objective:To investigate in vitro antibacterial activity of Chuanbeimu Zhisou granule. Method:In vitro antibacterial activity was detected by agar diffusion method, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was detected by double dilution method. Result:Chuanbeimu Zhisou granule showed different in vitro antibacterial activity against standard strains, quality control strains, gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria of clinical isolation, and the MIC ranged from 13 mg·mL-1 to 3120 mg·mL-1 . Conclusion:Chuanbeimu Zhisou granule show strong in vitro antibacterial activity.
