摘要
以某高等技术学校实习技师为研究对象,采用问卷调查的分析方式,调查实习技师在医院放射科临床学习阶段的总体感受,了解当前放射科技师教学中存在的具体问题,以期望根据具体问题来进行教学方面的逐步改革,相应的提高教学品质。通过调查发现,只有52.7%的实习技师在结束放射科轮转学习后获得了预期收获,而且教学双方即指导老师和实习学生之间在教学活动中存在着诸多问题。综上所述,只有增进教学双方的相互理解,相互之间沟通,给沟通多创建渠道,才能更好的完成临床实习中的教学目标,使学生获得预期的收获。
With a higher technical school internship technician students as the research object,adopting the way of questionnaire,to investigate the general feelings of the trainee technicians during the clinical study period in the radiology department of the hospital,to understand the specific problems in the teaching of radiology technicians,to expect according to specific problems to carry out teaching reform gradually,corresponding to improve teaching quality.Through the survey found that only 52.7%of trainee radiologists achieved the expected results after completing a rotational study in radiology,and the teaching both sides between the instructor and the internship students there are many problems in the teaching activities.To sum up,only by enhancing the mutual understanding and communication between the teaching parties and creating more channels for communication,can the teaching objectives in clinical practice be better achieved and the expected gains be achieved for students.
