摘要
首先详细介绍了天然气集输系统水合物堵塞特征及常规防控策略;其次对比分析了不同类型的水合物抑制技术;最后,基于水合物动态防控理论,自主研发了性能优良的水合物动力学抑制剂。另外,在中国石化某典型堵塞气井开展了动力学抑制剂的现场应用。结果表明,研发的动力学抑制剂具有优良的抑制性能,水合物月堵塞频次由原有的30次降至2次,且加注量仅为甲醇用量的10%左右,在天然气集输系统水合物抑制领域具有良好的应用前景。
Firstly,the hydrate blockage characteristics and conventional control strategies for natural gas gathering system were introduced.Next,different kinds of hydrate inhibition technologies were analyzed.Finally,based on the hydrate prevention and control theory,a new kind of kinetic hydrate inhibitor was developed by ourselves.In addition,a field application was carried out to determine the inhibition performance in a typical plugging gas well of SINOPEC.The results show that using the new kinetic inhibitor,the hydrate plugging frequency per month decreases from 30 to 2,with a lower concentration relative to that of 10%methanol.
