摘要
目的:通过建立小鼠炎症模型,探讨盐知母多糖的抗炎作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,观察盐知母多糖对模型小鼠脾指数和胸腺指数的影响,小鼠耳组织HE切片染色,观察肿胀程度、炎性细胞,以及小鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量变化。结果:盐知母多糖中、高剂量均能显著降低小鼠耳肿胀率(P<0.05,P<0.01)、耳肿胀程度及血清免疫因子IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01);盐知母多糖低、中、高剂量能显著降低小鼠脾指数(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:盐知母多糖具有抗炎消肿的作用。
Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effect of polysaccharides from salt Anemarrhena asphodeloides.Methods:Ear swelling model of mice was established by using xylene.The effects of polysaccharides from salt Anemarrhena asphodeloides on spleen index and thymus index were observed.Swelling degree and inflammatory cells were observed by HE staining.The serum levels of IL-1β,IL-6,and TNF-αwere detected.Results:The high-dose and medium-dose of polysaccharide from salt Anemarrhena asphodeloides could significantly reduce the ear swelling rate(P<0.05,P<0.01),relieve the degree of ear swelling and reduce the serum levels of immune factors of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α(P<0.05,P<0.01).Low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose of polysaccharide could significantly reduce spleen index(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Salt Anemarrhena asphodeloides has has significant anti-inflammatory and swelling-reducing effects.
