摘要
为探究最佳的枸杞制干方式及工艺参数,对现有枸杞制干方式的生产成本、规模、效率以及制干品质等进行了对比分析,并提出规模化、集约化、智能化、标准化以及高质量化是枸杞制干产业未来的发展趋势。
In order to explore the best method and process parameters of wolfberry drying,the production cost,scale,efficiency and quality of current wolfberry drying were compared and analyzed.The future development trends of wolfberry dried industry were proposed,which were scale,intensification,intelligence,standardization,and quality.
