摘要
当前激光数据采集处理系统信噪比较低、系统响应延迟长,提出并设计基于DSP的海量激光超声数据采集与处理系统。首先指出激光超声数据采集处理结构框架,主要由检测和激光探测模块组成,其中还包含若干子模块。然后设计硬件电路,以DSP最小系统、通信模块为主进行分析,软件设计中,数据采集的初始化节点主要是对采集设备的编号、所用通道、通道名称和采样频率及主要模式方面进行相应配置。在数据采集与处理中,通过脉冲激光器所发出的信号当作触发源。对于采集得到的数据,利用在某点邻域范围内对所有点至局部拟合面之间的距离均值进行计算,来代替该点,实现噪声滤除。利用采集并经滤波处理过的数据构建激光超声数据库,DSP软件等待状态发生器进行相应设置。最后基于DSP的海量激光超声数据采集与处理系统整体性能进行实验分析,研究结果表明,该系统下数据信噪比高,响应速度快,可靠性强。
At present,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)of laser data acquisition and processing system is low and the response delay of the system is long.A massive laser ultrasonic data acquisition and processing system based on DSP is proposed and designed.Firstly,it is pointed out that the structure framework of laser ultrasonic data acquisition and processing is mainly composed of detection and laser detection module,which also contains several sub-modules.Then the hardware circuit is designed,which is mainly analyzed by DSP minimum system and communication module.In software design,the initialization node of data acquisition is mainly for configuring the number of acquisition equipment,channel used,the channel name,sampling frequency and main modes accordingly.In the data acquisition and processing,the signal sent by the device is used as the trigger source through pulse laser.For the collected data,the mean value of the distance from all points to the local fitting surface is calculated within the neighborhood of a certain point to replace the point,and the noise filtering is realized.The laser ultrasonic database is constructed by using the collected and filtered data,and the DSP software waiting state generator is for setting accordingly.Finally,the overall performance of the massive laser ultrasonic data acquisition and processing system based on DSP is analyzed experimentally.The results show that the data signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)is high,the response speed is fast and the reliability is strong.
