摘要
研究了不同水灰比对以煤矸石煅烧高岭土为主要原料的无机水性涂料性能影响的规律。结果表明:在其他条件相同的情况下,当水灰比<0.5时,由于矿物水化反应不完全而导致涂层遇水出现裂纹、脱落等现象;当水灰比>0.7时,涂料在干化过程中矿物聚合物由三维网状结构向二维链状过渡,从而导致涂层性能开始下降,出现粉化现象;当水灰比为0.5~0.6时,涂层耐洗刷次数在4万次以上,硬度在5H以上,耐水性能良好,涂层性能满足国家标准要求。
This paper proposed a study on the influence of different water-cement ratio on the performance of inorganic water-based coatings with gangue calcined kaolin as the main raw material.The results showed that under the same conditions,when the water-cement ratio was lower than 0.5,the coatings would be cracked and peeled off due to incomplete water hydration reaction;When the water-cement ratio was higher than 0.7,the mineral polymer was transited from a three-dimensional network structure to a two-dimensional chain during the drying process,resulting in a decrease in coatings performance with chalking;when the water-cement ratio was 0.5-0.6,the washability of coatings was greater than 40000 times,the hardness of the coatings would be higher than 5 H with good water resistance,meeting the requirements of national standards.
