摘要
孟鲁司特是一种广泛应用的选择性白三烯受体拮抗剂。主要应用于儿童哮喘的预防和长期治疗、预防运动诱发哮喘等。近年来,由于口服有效,毒副作用低,孟鲁司特在临床上可单独或与其他药物联合应用治疗多种呼吸系统疾病,现对其临床应用进展进行综述,为孟鲁司特的开发与研究提供参考。
Montelukast is a widely used selective antagonist of the cysteinyl leukotriene receptor.Montelukast is mainly used in the prevention and long-term treatment of childhood asthma.In recent years,due to its oral administration property and low toxicity,montelukast used in a variety of respiratory diseases other than asthma.We conducted a literature review refer to the advance of montelukast in clinical application,in order to provide a reference for the further study of montelukast.
