摘要
目的:分析3批集采药品在本院的执行情况,为进一步完善国家集采药品工作提供参考。方法:在本院创业应用门户平台药库信息系统中收集本院第1批带量采购执行前1年至第3批带量采购执行后4个月期间的药品使用相关数据,对执行前后的用药频度(DDDs)、DDDs变化幅度、限定日费用(DDC)、DDC变化幅度等进行回顾性分析。结果:本院3批国家集采药品共涉及63个品种,其中有5个品种(7.94%)的DDDs增幅>200%,11个品种(17.46%)的DDDs降幅>40%,30个品种(47.62%)的DDC降幅≥70%,5个品种的DDC上调。药品的DDC调整幅度与DDDs变化幅度逐步向量价挂钩方向发展,但有部分药品未体现出“价降量升”的线性关系。结论:本院积极落实国家集采药品的相关制度和工作,3批带量采购的药品以低廉的价格和较高的质量切实提高了患者用药的经济性和可及性。
Objective:To analyze the implementation of three batches of quantity drugs purchased in a hospital to provide references for further improving the national centralized drug purchase.Methods:The date of drug use from one year before the implementation of the first batch of quantity drug purchase to four months after the execution of the third batch of quantity drug purchase were collected from the drug database information system of our hospital’s entrepreneurial application portal platform.The defined daily doses(DDDs),DDDs variation range,defined daily cost(DDC)and DDC variation range before and after the implementation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 63 varieties involved in the three batches of national quantity drug purchases by the hospital,there were 5 varieties(7.94%)whose DDDs increased>200%,11 varieties(17.46%)whose DDDs reduced>40%,30 varieties(47.62%)whose DDC reduced≥70%.And 5 varieties whose DDC increased.The adjustment range of DDC and the change range of DDDs were gradually developing in the direction of hook quantity and price,but some drugs didn’t reflect the linear relationship of“price reduction and quantity rise”.Conclusion:A hospital actively implement the relevant system and work of national quantity drug purchase.three batches of quantity drugs purchase have improved the economics and accessibility of patients’medication at low prices and high quality.
