摘要
从染色技术和后整理技术两方面概括内饰面料产品的染整技术现状;分析内饰面料产品新的消费需求;提出内饰面料产品染整技术创新方向,并阐述针对新型纤维材料的染整加工、复合功能整理、绿色环保染整加工、视觉价值创新类染整加工等创新技术应用。文章表明,染整加工是内饰面料设计开发过程中的重要环节,对内饰面料产品的视觉效果、内在品质和物理性能指标等起着非常重要的作用。
The present situation of dyeing and finishing technology of interior fabric products is summarized from two aspects: dyeing and finishing technology, the new consumption demand of interior fabric products is analyzed,products dyeing and finishing technology is put forward, and the new type of interior fabric products is expounded.Innovative technologies such as dyeing and finishing of fiber materials, composite functional finishing, green environmental protection dyeing and finishing, and innovative dyeing and finishing of visual value are applied. The paper shows that dyeing and finishing is an important link in the design and development of textile fabrics, and plays a very important role in the visual effect, internal quality and physical properties of textile fabrics.
