摘要
分别从初级要素和高级要素两方面阐释了要素配置变革的演化差异,同时概述了创新驱动经济发展的三种类型,进而研究了全球要素分工演变逻辑,随后通过对"机会窗口"理论的分析探讨了中国发展创新驱动经济的区域战略选择。最后,通过分析总结出创新驱动经济高质量发展的路径:首先要尽快培育一个基于高级要素的边际收益递增特征的创新系统;并通过在初级要素密集型产业中引入高级要素推动其转型升级;再积极扶植大型的本土跨国公司,发挥他们在识、技术、信息等高级要素上的优势;之后,推动高级要素密集型产业和初级要素密集型产业的融合;最后,还要为不同要素密集型产业的合作创造优良的文化氛围和生态环境,进而打造产业间协同创新系统。
This paper explains the evolution differences of factor allocation change from two aspects of primary factors and advanced factors, summarizes three types of innovation driven economic development, and then studies the evolution logic of global factor division. Then, through the analysis of "opportunity window" theory, it discusses the regional strategic choice of China’s innovation driven economy. Finally, the paper summarizes the path of innovation driven high-quality economic development: first of all, we should cultivate an innovation system based on the increasing marginal income characteristics of high-level factors as soon as possible;and promote its transformation and upgrading by introducing high-level factors into primary factor intensive industries;and then actively support large-scale local multinational companies to play their role in knowledge, technology, information and other high-level elements Finally, we should create a good cultural atmosphere and ecological environment for the cooperation of different factor intensive industries, and then create a collaborative innovation system among industries.
