摘要
经济高质量发展意味着健康、稳定、可持续发展。由于处于第三次工业革命的末期和服务业占比越来越大,中国经济下行压力加大,中国经济高质量发展面临较大的挑战。然而,以智能新技术为核心的第四次工业革命已经到来,它不但能够像前三次工业革命初期那样扩展实体经济的生产可能性边界,实现边际收益递增,而且智能新技术有利于治愈服务业的鲍莫尔成本病,实现服务业的规模经济,从根本上扭转中国经济下行压力,助推中国经济中高速增长。智能新技术通过为农业、制造业和服务业转型升级赋能,促进中国经济中高速增长,为中国经济高质量发展奠定坚实的基础。因此,中国必须紧紧抓住第四次工业革命的契机,力争到2035年使中国GDP在2016年的基础上翻两番,实现党的十九大报告确定的到2035年我国基本实现社会主义现代化的宏伟目标。
High quality economic development means healthy,stable and sustainable development.At the end of the third industrial revolution and due to the increasing proportion of service industry,the downward pressure on China economy is increasing,and the high-quality development of China economy is facing great challenges.However,the fourth industrial revolution with new intelligent technology as the core has come,which can expand the production possibility boundary of the real economy and realize the marginal income increase as the early days of the first three industrial revolutions did.Moreover,new intelligent technology is conducive to curing Baumol's cost disease of the service industry,realize the scale economy of the service industry,reverse the downward pressure of China economy fundamentally,and boost the high-speed growth of China economy.By empowering the transformation and upgrading of agriculture,manufacturing and service industries,new intelligent technology can promote the medium and high-speed growth of China economy and lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of China economy.Therefore,China must seize the opportunity of the fourth industrial revolution,strive to quadruple China GDP by 2035 on the basis of 2016's,and realize the grand goal of basically realizing socialist modernization by 2035 set in the Report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
