摘要
煤矿资源作为一种不可再生资源,始终在我国能源结构体系中占有最重要的地位。随着时代的发展逐渐加剧了能源的消耗,但是经济社会化的可持续发展却离不开能源,从而使煤化工企业在社会中承担着越来越重要的责任。相关事实证明,煤炭产业链的有效增长能够全面提高我国能源的有效利用率,并对企业生产发展也具有重要的意义。文章根据煤企重组背景下煤化工企业人力资源规划和管理现状,提出了新形势下煤化工企业战略人力资源规划的内容和实施管理与规划的具体对策,以此来帮助煤化工企业拓宽人力资源管理的范围,进而完成现代煤化工企业的科学化、规范化管理。
As a non-renewable resource,coal mine has always occupied the most important position in China's energy structure system.With the development of the times,the consumption of energy is gradually intensified,but the sustainable development of economic socialization cannot be separated from energy,which makes coal and chemical enterprises assume more and more important responsibilities in the society.Relevant facts have proved that the effective growth of the coal industry chain can comprehensively improve the effective utilization rate of energy in China,and is of great significance to the production and development of enterprises.In this paper,according to the situation of coal chemical industry enterprise human resources planning and management,puts forward the new situation the content of the coal chemical industry enterprise strategic human resources planning and implementation of management and planning of the specific countermeasures,in order to help coal chemical enterprises to broaden the scope of human resource management,and then complete the scientific and standardization of modern coal chemical enterprise management.
