摘要
近年来发生的多起高校化学实验室爆炸事故引起了社会各界的广泛关注,加强化学实验室安全管理已是高校安全生产工作的重中之重。对高校化学实验室安全管理现状问题及成因进行分析,基于行政管理中封闭原理理论,构建出实验室安全管理系统,从指挥、执行、接收、监督、反馈五大体系出发实现有效管理和维护实验室安全的目的。
In recent years,many explosion incidents of chemical laboratories in colleges and universities have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.Strengthening the safety management of chemical laboratories has been the top priority of college safety production.This paper analyzes the status quo and causes of the safety management of chemical laboratories in colleges and universities.Based on the theory of closed principles in administrative management,a laboratory safety management system is constructed to implement effective management and maintenance experiments from the five systems of command,execution,reception,supervision,and feedback.The purpose of room safety.
