摘要
针对抽油机的维修保养问题,首先对抽油机的分离以及异常问题进行简单介绍,在此基础上,对抽油机的故障排查及日常维护工作进行简单研究,提出抽油机系统维护保养的相关措施,为保障抽油机的高效运行奠定基础。研究表明:在抽油机使用的过程中,受到各种因素的影响,非常容易出现各种类型的故障问题,这些故障问题的出现对于抽油机的使用十分不利,因此,工作人员需要做好抽油机的日常维护工作和周期性的维修保养工作,及时发现抽油机使用过程中存在的小问题,防止小问题积累成大问题,全面保障抽油机高效安全运行。
Regarding the maintenance and repair of the pumping unit,this study first briefly introduces the separation and abnormal problems of the pumping unit.Relevant measures for the maintenance of the pumping unit system lay the foundation for ensuring the efficient operation of the pumping unit.The research shows that during the use of the pumping unit,various types of fault problems are very easy to occur due to various factors.The occurrence of these fault problems is very unfavorable for the use of the pumping unit.Therefore,the staff needs to do a good job of pumping The daily maintenance work and periodic maintenance work of the oil pump unit timely discover the small problems in the use of the pumping unit,prevent the accumulation of small problems into large problems,and comprehensively guarantee the efficient and safe operation of the pumping unit.
