摘要
抽油机是将原油从地层开采出地面的关键设备,抽油机的运转情况将直接关系着原油的开采效率,但是由于抽油机本身结构较为复杂,所以在日常使用中容易出现各种问题。为了保障抽油机的安全运行,对故障类型进行统计和分析,并结合现场工作经验,提出抽油机的日常保养措施和周期性保养措施,为抽油机的使用提供相关建议。研究表明:抽油机在日常运行过程中,容易出现三大问题,但是只要采取有效的保养措施,完全可以将事故率降至最低,全面保障原油的开采效率。
