摘要
目的通过对护士职业倦怠情况的调查,分析不同年龄段护士情绪衰竭的状况。方法采用马氏职业倦怠量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory,MBI),于2018年12月对某三甲医院215名护士进行调查分析。按照年龄将其分为两组,≤30岁组为观察组,>30岁组为对照组。分析比较两组在情绪衰竭维度、去个性化维度和个人成就感降低维度的差异。结果观察组护士情绪衰竭维度评分显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。观察组护士在工作情绪低落、工作疲惫、工作挫折等发生频率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论护士职业倦怠程度不同,主要体现在情绪衰竭维度;不同年龄段护士的情绪衰竭程度不同,观察组护士尤为严重。医院管理者应对30岁及以下年龄的护士给予更多的人文关怀及心理干预,以提高护士的工作积极性,促进护士的心理健康。
Objective To analyze the status of emotion exhaustion of nurses at different ages by investigating nurses’job burnout condition.Methods Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)was used to investigate 215 nurses in a tertiary hospital in December 2018.They were divided into two groups according to age.The≤30-year-old group was the observation group and the>30-year-old group was the control group.The two groups were compared for emotion exhaustion,depersonalization,and reduction in personal accomplishment.Results The emotion exhaustion score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The nurses of the observation group had higher incidence of low working mood,fatigue,and work frustration than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The nurses have different degrees of job burnout,which is mainly reflected in the dimension of emotion exhaustion.The degree of emotion exhaustion of nurses at different ages is different,and it is more serious in the observation group.Hospital managers should give more humane care and psychological intervention to nurses aged<30 a to improve nurses’motivation and to promote their mental health.
