摘要
目的了解助产士心理健康状况,寻找影响助产士健康状况的因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS),对35名助产士和47名普通外科病房护士进行调查分析。结果助产士群体中SDS均值为48.03±9.45,高于普通外科病房护士的44.12±9.79(P<0.01);抑郁症状发生率41.5%,高于普通外科病房护士的27.3%(P<0.05)。结论助产士抑郁症状发生率明显高于普通外科病房护理人员;产房工作特点和工作环境是影响护士心理健康的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the condition of nurses' mental health at delivery room and to explore the factors of effecting on their healthy. Methods To investigate the depressive condition of 35 nurses at delivery room and 47 nurses at general surgery ward by self-rating depression scale. Results The mean of SDS among nurses at delivery room is 48. 03±9. 45, higher than 44. 12±9. 79 of nurses at general surgery ward (P<0. 01); Prevalence of depressive condition is 41. 5%, higher than 27. 35 of nurses at general surgery ward (P<0. 05). Conclusion Nurses at delivery room have higher prevalence of depressive condition than those at general surgery ward. Working characteristics and environment of delivery room are the main factors influencing the condition of nurses' mental health
