摘要
目的观察艾灸隔物联合封包治疗慢性腰肌劳损的社区护理效果。方法选取2018年1-10月深圳市沙井人民医院步涌社区健康服务中心收治的118例慢性腰肌劳损患者为观察对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各59例。两组均给予艾灸隔物联合封包治疗,观察组实施康复护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组治疗1个月后临床护理效果、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为98.31%,明显高于对照组的88.14%;观察组的JOA评分明显高于对照组;观察组的VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理能有效提高艾灸隔物联合封包治疗慢性腰肌劳损患者的社区临床效果,改善患者的腰痛症状,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of community nursing on chronic lumbar muscle strain treated by moxibustion partition combined with encapsulation therapy. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain treated in Shajing People’s Hospital Bu Yong Community Health Service Center of Shenzhen from January to October 2018 were selected as subjects of observation. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with 59 cases in each group. Both groups were given moxibustion partition combined with encapsulation therapy, the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing, the control group was given routine nursing.The clinical nursing effect, Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA) score and visual analogue scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups after one month of treatment. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.31%, which was significantly higher than 88.14% of the control group, the JOA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group, the VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group, all the differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing could effectively improve the community clinical effect of moxibustion partition combined with encapsulation therapy in the treatment of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain, and relieve patients’ symptom of low back pain,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
