摘要
目的:探讨康复训练结合中药熏蒸对腰肌劳损患者疼痛及功能康复的影响。方法:80例腰肌劳损患者随机分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。试验组行康复训练结合中药熏蒸,对照组行单一中药熏蒸。使用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估疼痛程度。使用Oswestry功能障碍指数(CODI)评估腰肌功能状态。并分析背肌力和腰肌耐力时间。结果:试验组VAS评分为(0.26±0.03)分、CODI指数为(0.42±0.05),分别低于对照组的(0.54±0.10)分、(0.73±0.09),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组背肌力、腰肌耐力时间较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰肌劳损患者行康复训练结合中药熏蒸可有效减轻其疼痛程度,促进功能康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation training combined with herbal fumigation on pain and functional rehabilitation of patients with lumbar muscle strain.Methods:80 patients with lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group received rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,and the control group received a single Chinese medicine fumigation treatment.The degree of pain was assessed using visual analog scale(VAS).Lumbar muscle function status was assessed using the Oswestry Disability Index(CODI).The back muscle strength and lumbar muscle endurance time were analyzed.Results:The VAS score and CODI index of the experimental group were(0.26±0.03)and(0.42±0.05),which were lower than those(0.54±0.10)and(0.73±0.09)of the control group,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the back muscle strength and lumbar muscle endurance time were higher in the experimental group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for patients with lumbar muscle strain can effectively reduce the degree of pain and promote functional rehabilitation.
