摘要
冶金液压系统传统设计负负载的情况下,一旦打开液压回路,机械设备执行元件将发生动作失控现象。常规解决负负载的液压控制系统方案是采用(进油)比例换向阀+压力补偿器+(回油)平衡阀构成主控制回路,但其仅能实现比例调速及平衡负负载功能,无法有效抑制执行元件爬行欠缺。本文设计一种基于液压缸负负载回油腔的双向调速液压控制系统,该系统采用不同的回路设计方法,可实现一阀多用,具有比例调速、平衡负负载、抑制爬行的功能,其回路简单、维护要求较低、没有附加能耗、安全可靠、成本低。该系统已在多个项目应用,现场使用情况良好。
In traditional negative loadmetallurgical hydraulic system,action elementof mechanical equipment would out of control,once the hydraulic circuit opened.The conventional solution is the special main control loopconstituted by(oil inlet)proportional reversing valve+pressure compensator+(oil return)balance valve.But it could only balancethe negative load,unable to effectively restrain crawl.This paper designed a new hydraulic control system,based on the hydraulic cylinder oil return cavity of two-wayspeed regulation cylinder,it uses new circuit design,could to achieve the function of multi-purpose valve,proportional speed regulation,negative load balance and restrain hydraulic cylinder creep.It has simple circuit and low maintenance requirements,no additional power consumption,low cost.The system has been applied in many projects.The online result shows it is safe and reliable.
