摘要
自行走液压工程车辆行走系统多为结构紧凑的闭式液压回路,在使用中要面对故障拖车工况;大负载行驶,液压泵大排量输出导致柴油机熄火;系统溢流热量大以致油温太高等问题.如何解决这些问题一直是液压闭式系统在工程车辆应用与研究领域的重点,本文以Danfoss 90泵的多功能阀在工程车辆中的应用为研究对象,从如何解决这些问题来进行说明,为工程车辆行走闭式液压系统设计提供一定的参考价值.
The travelling system of the self-propelled hydraulic engineering vehicles is a compact hydraulic closed circuit.In the process of using it,we will face the hauling case caused by the faults,such as,driving with heavy loading,stall of the diesel engine with large displacement output of hydraulic pump,and high oil temperature caused by the big overflow,etc.How to solve these problems has been a focus in the field of application and research of the hydraulic closed system in engineering vehicles.In this paper,the application of multi-function valve of Danfoss 90 pump in engineering vehicles is studied,providing the reference for the design of close hydraulic system of engineering vehicles.
