摘要
四大核心技术深化金融发展,科技与金融交叉融合程度进一步加深,需从动态层面研究其互动机制。基于1998—2016年长江经济带省际面板数据,采用PVAR动态模型对全流域、分区域科技创新与金融发展互动关系进行实证分析。结果表明,核心变量科技创新和金融发展互动关系显著,但互动机制在各流域有所差别,且均未形成长效机制。从控制变量贡献看,下游地区金融和科技具有较强的惯性效应;中游地区二者受经济持续增长的带动作用较为显著;上游地区科技与金融发展部分得益于国家对基础设施的持续性投入。进一步指出,科技赋能金融,金融服务科技是长江经济带实现金融高质量发展和金融普惠的关键。
Four core technologies accelerated financial development,further deepening the complexity of the integration of technology and finance.Based on the provincial panel data of the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 1998 to 2016,the dynamic linkage between scientific and technological innovation and financial development in the whole basin and sub-region is analyzed by using PVAR dynamic model.The research shows that there exist coupling effects between science and technology innovation and financial development at the whole river basin level,but the interaction mechanism is different in each watershed,and none has formed a long-term effective mechanism.In the long run,finance and technology in the lower reaches have a strong"ratchet effect",while in the middle reaches,they are both distinctly influenced by a sustainable growing economy.The development of technology and finance in the downstream areas is partly due to the sustained investment of the state in infrastructure.It is further pointed out that technology enables finance and financial service technology is the key to achieving high quality financial development and inclusive finance in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
