摘要
“高职扩招百万”是稳定和扩大就业、培养高素质应用型技能人才的战略选择。“高职扩招百万”带来的生源结构变化,对学生思想政治教育工作带来严峻挑战,思想政治教育工作亟需在内容、载体、方法和师资队伍建设方面创新,以有效提升思想政治教育工作的亲和力和针对性、时代感和吸引力。
"One million enrollment expansion for higher vocational education"is a strategic choice to stabilize and expand the employment and cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.The change of student source structure that has been brought about by the one million enrollment expansion of higher vocational education will inevitably bring severe challenges to the ideological and political education of college students.Hence there is an urgent need for the ideological and political education to be innovated in terms of content,carrier,method and the construction of teaching staff so as to effectively improve the affinity,pertinence,sense of the times and attraction of the ideological and political education.
