摘要
高速公路隧道对养护人才、设备设施和管理的需求有其特殊性,对隧道养护现状进行了分析,探索了高速公路隧道养护新模式、新技术、新设备。高速公路隧道养护管理应贯彻“预防为主、安全至上”的原则,建立科学、完善的养护管理体系和安全保障系统,健全规章制度,加强隧道预防性养护工作,提高隧道突发事件应急处置能力,通过养护模式转变、养护管理体制创新、机制创新和技术手段创新,充分利用新技术、新设备全面提升高速公路隧道的养护管理水平。
The expressway tunnel has its particularity in the need of maintenance talent,equipment and facilities and management.The current situation of tunnel maintenance is analyzed,and new mode,technology and equipment of expressway tunnel maintenance are explored.The principle of Prevention First,Safety First should be implemented for the expressway tunnel maintenance management,so as to establish the scientific and perfect maintenance management system and safety guarantee system,perfect rules and regulations,strengthen the preventive maintenance work of the tunnel,improve the emergency response capacity of the tunnel accident,and comprehensively improve the maintenance and management level of expressway tunnel through the maintenance mode transformation,maintenance management system innovation,mechanism innovation and technical means innovation and full utilization of new technology and equipment.
