摘要
电磁超表面在完美吸收层中得到广泛应用,其物理特性可以借鉴到微波能量收集中。将非均匀序电磁超表面与整流电路结合形成非均匀序微波整流超表面,在微波能量收集中既保证了高的波束收集效率,又有利于整流效率。本文讨论了微波能量整流超表面的概念、理论及其应用。
Electromagnetic(EM)metasurfaces have found many applications in perfect absorbers,whose physical characteristics can make reference for microwave power collection.Inhomogeneous-patterned EM metasurfaces are integrated with rectifying circuits to form inhomogeneous-patterned rectifying metasurfaces,ensuring both high beam collection efficiency and rectifying efficiency in microwave power collection.Concept and theory of power collecting metasurfaces are discussed along with their applications.
