摘要
目的探讨新形势下急诊医学教学模式改革的效果。方法选取2018年1-12月蚌埠医学院2015级进行《急诊医学》课程学习的168名临床医学本科生作为研究对象,随机均分为传统的教学组及PBL(problem-based learning)+多媒体+高仿真模拟人三位一体教学组,每组各84名。两组学生采取相同内容进行教学,分别采用技能考核、调查问卷的方式对两组学生的教学效果进行综合评价。结果与传统的教学组相比,PBL+多媒体+高仿真模拟人三位一体教学组在问卷调查、电除颤、心肺复苏、胸腔穿刺、气管插管、病例分析、腹腔穿刺等方面得分均明显升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL+多媒体+高仿真模拟人三位一体教学组学生在知识掌握的程度、课堂气氛、理解能力、解决问题能力、学习兴趣等方面得分以及总得分均高于传统的教学组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用PBL+多媒体+高仿真模拟人教学法教学效果明显,有助于增加学生的学习兴趣,显著提高学生急救意识和临床技能,教学质量显著提升。
Objective To investigate the effect of reforming in teaching mode of emergency medicine under the new situation. Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,168 undergraduate in grade 2015,majored in clinical medicine,would start their learning of emergency medicine in Bengbu Medical College were selected,then they were randomly divided into traditional teaching group and three-in-one teaching group:Problem-based learning( PBL) +multimedia+High simulation simulator teaching group,48 students in each group.The same content was taught in the two groups, the teaching effect of the two groups of students was comprehensively evaluated by means of skill assessment and questionnaire. Results Compared with traditional teaching group,the scores of questionnaire survey,Electric defibrillation,cardiopulmonary resuscitation,thoracic puncture,trachea intubation,case analysis,abdominal puncture of the three-in-one teaching group were higher,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The scores of knowledge mastery level,classroom atmosphere,understanding level,problem solving abilities,students ’ interest in learning and overall score were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group( P < 0. 05). Conclusions The teaching effect of PBL+multimedia + High simulation simulator teaching method is remarkable,it is helpful to increase students ’interest in learning,improve emergency consciousness,clinical skills of the students and the quality of emergency medicine teaching significantly.
