从分科到整合:新中国幼儿园课程内容改革回顾与展望 被引量:2

From Compartment to Integration:A Review and Outlook of the Reform of Kindergarten Curriculum Content after 1949

摘要 新中国成立以来,我国幼儿园课程内容经历了从分科到整合的改革过程。目前整合课程在推行过程中存在很多困难,如知识本位的价值观导致分科课程仍占主导位置,教师专业素养不足导致整合课程在实践中效果不佳,片面地关注课程内容而忽视目标、方法和评价导致课程缺乏实效,相关管理政策的缺位导致课程理想和实践断层等。未来幼儿园课程内容改革的方向展望:实现价值取向的和合,以超越学科知识与儿童经验的二元对立;促进教师素养的整合,以实现教师理念、知识和能力的统一发展;重视课程要素的综合,以兼顾目标、实施与评价的整体改革;加强改革主体的联合,以实现自上而下与自下而上的互动。 The curriculum content has gone through a reform featuring from compartment to integration since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949.The country has been confronted with multiple obstacles in its endeavor to reintegrate its kindergarten curriculum.For instance,the emphasis upon the acquisition of academic knowledge has led to the predominance of compartmental learning.The insufficient competence of education workers has curtailed anticipated effects of the integrated curriculum in practice.A blind focus on course content and ignorance of teaching objectives,methods and assessment have made the curriculum concerned becoming less practical.In addition,the absence of relevant management policies has caused an alienation between ideal courses and their actual effects.Therefore,the reform of course content in preschool education should strive for a comprehensive value orientation to transcend the binary opposition between academic learning and children’s experience,promote integrated development of education workers’professional competence to achieve a coordinated growth of their values,knowledge and skills,attach importance to the combination of curriculum elements to give consideration to the objectives,implementation and evaluation of the overall reform,and strengthen the cooperation among all relevant sides in the reform to achieve a top-down and bottom-up interaction.
