“一带一路”沿线国家低碳绿色发展绩效研究 被引量:12

Study on Low-carbon and Green Development Performance for Countries along The Belt and Road

摘要 结合基于松弛测度的DDF与Luenberger指数分析法,实证探究"一带一路"沿线52国1995~2016年低碳绿色发展现状,并用面板回归分析影响该区域低碳绿色TFP增长的社会经济因素。研究结论:沿线国家低碳绿色发展效率水平整体偏低,且地区间差异比较大;沿线国家低碳绿色TFP年均降幅为-1.33%,技术规模的变化是抑制TFP增长的显著影响力,其余三项分解指标则为促进TFP增长的重要贡献力量;劳动力投入、城镇化发展及经济发展水平的平方项是促进沿线国家低碳绿色TFP增长的重要作用力,而经济发展、资本投入、外贸发展、能源消费、碳强度、产业结构等影响因素则会阻碍TFP增长,且沿线国家总体经济增长与低碳绿色TFP之间存在着显著的U型关系。 Combining slacks-based DDF with Luenberger index approach,this paper studies the low-carbon and green development status for 52 countries along The Belt and Road from 1995 to 2016,and analyzing the socio-economic factors affecting the growth of low-carbon and green TFP by panel regression in this area.Results show that,the efficiency level of low-carbon and green development for these countries is generally low,and the development efficiency difference is quite big between regions.The average annual decrease of low-carbon and green TFP in countries along the route is-1.33%,and the change of technological scale is a significant restraining force,and the other three decomposition indexes are all important contributors to the growth of low-carbon and green TFP.Labor input,urbanization development and the square term of the economic development level are important forces to promote the low-carbon and green TFP growth,while the influence factors such as the economic development,capital input,foreign trade development,energy consumption,carbon intensity,industrial structure,etc.will hinder the regional TFP growth,and there is a significant U-shaped relationship between the economic growth and low-carbon and green TFP for these countries.
