摘要
科技创新是我国的基本国策。以科创走廊整合创新要素,打造协同发展的创新网络,成为强化创新功能、优化空间组织的主要方式。文章基于创新网络理论探索构建“区域—城市—地区”三大层面创新网络的科创走廊空间,在功能组织、创新模式和规划策略等内容上明确各层面规划重点,促进知识生产、转化和服务三大创新活动互融互动,推动形成一体化的创新城市地域。
Science and technology innovation is a national policy of China,and science and innovation corridor is a major spatial approach in the integration of elements and creation of network.Based on innovation network theory,the paper establishes a theoretical science and innovation corridor of region,city,and district,and clarifies the planning emphases of different levels from functional organization,innovation model,planning strategy.It will promote integration and interaction of knowledge production,transition,and service,and form an integrated innovation district.
