摘要
为解决当前烟草科研数据领域存在的因缺乏统一标准而难以实现互联互通和数据共享等问题,通过对国内外科学大数据标准进行研究分析,结合烟草科研活动和科研数据资源的特点,研究构建了烟草科研大数据标准体系。该体系将标准规范划分为基础标准、技术标准、业务标准和管理办法4大类。以构建的标准体系为指导,研究制定出基础标准4项、技术标准15项、重点业务数据元标准52项以及管理办法2项,为烟草科研数据的采集汇聚、分析挖掘和共享服务奠定了基础。该体系的建立可有效促进数据资源的有序规范和高效利用,为烟草行业科技创新提供数据支撑。
The intercommunication of scientific research data within the tobacco industry is not as convenient as it is expected currently due to the lack of unified standards,therefore a standard system for big data of tobacco scientific research was outlined by analyzing the standards of big data relevant to scientific research at home and abroad and integrating with the characteristics of tobacco research activities and research data resources.The system divided standards and norms into four categories:basic standards,technical standards,business standards and management methods.Guided by the standard system framework,the key standards and the data element standards in business fields of tobacco industry were drafted to provide a base for scientific research data collection and analysis.The configuration of this system effectively promotes the orderly specification and efficient use of data resources and provides a data support for the technological innovation in tobacco industry.
