摘要
近年来,各级烟草公司都遇到了不同程度的发展瓶颈,面临诸多与企业生存与发展相关的痛点和难点问题。同时,国际四大烟草公司占据大量国际烟草市场份额,呈现垄断格局,并相继发力中国市场,对国内市场造成较大冲击。此外,国家烟草专卖局提出了“136/345”发展目标,我国“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要都将“加快推动数字产业化,推进产业数字化转型”明确规定为打造数字经济新优势的重要内容。基于此,提出以提升企业核心竞争力为导向的数据集市构建方案。通过数据集市的构建与应用,推动烟草行业数字化转型,为烟草产业深度赋能,推动产业变革、产业技术升级和产业经济发展,化解烟草企业发展过程中的问题,确保烟草公司的核心竞争力,使我国烟草企业真正参与国际化竞争。
In recent years,tobacco companies at all levels have encountered various degrees of development bottlenecks,facing many pain points and difficult problems related to enterprise survival and development.At the same time,the four major international tobacco companies occupy a large number of international tobacco market shares,showing a monopoly pattern,and have successively made efforts in the Chinese market,causing a greater impact on the domestic market.In addition,the National Bureau proposed the"136/345"development goal,China's"14th Five-Year Plan"and the 2035 vision goal outline will"accelerate the promotion of digital industrialization,promote industrial digital transformation"clearly stipulated as an important content of creating new advantages of the digital economy.Based on this,this paper puts forward a data mart construction scheme to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Through the construction and application of data mart,promote the digital transformation of the tobacco industry,deeply empower the tobacco industry,promote industrial reform,industrial technology upgrading and industrial economic development,resolve the problems in the development process of tobacco enterprises,ensure the core competitiveness of tobacco companies,and make China's tobacco enterprises truly participate in international competition.
