摘要
结合错齿卡环塑件的成型需要,设计了三板模具结构。针对塑件浇注困难的问题,单腔设置2个浇口点来完成圆环状塑件的浇注。针对塑件外壁24个卡齿脱模困难问题,设计了一种复合脱模机构来实现塑件的自动化脱模。
Combined with the forming needs of the plastic part with staggered teeth clasp, the three plate mold structure is designed. In view of the difficult problem of plastic part pouring, two point gates are set in a single cavity to complete the pouring of the cost circular plastic part. A compound demoulding mechanism is designed to realize the automatic demoulding of plastic parts.
