摘要 2020年春季发生的新冠肺炎疫情,又一次给人类社会发展发出了重大警示。中国充分展现了社会主义制度的优越性,掀起了一场抗疫人民战争。作为专业力量,社会工作没有缺席,社会工作者活跃在城乡社区、方舱医院,为疫情防控输入“正能量”,在防疫中全面成长。2月23日,习近平总书记在统筹推进新冠肺炎疫情防控和经济社会发展工作部署会议上指出:“要发挥社会工作的专业优势,支持广大社工、义工和志愿者开展心理疏导、情绪支持、保障支持等服务。”这是对社会工作者坚持专业立场、顽强抗击疫情的充分肯定。抗击新冠肺炎疫情主要在“疾病治疗”和“社区防控”两个方面,理论上,社会工作在其中均有广大专业空间。然而,由于疫情复杂与凶险,社会工作的专业优势面临诸多挑战:首先,介入“疾病治疗”现场的限制性。在医疗现场,社会工作者基本是缺位的,即使在方舱医院的专业介入也是浅层的,为什么?其次,“社区防控”方面,在强大的行政管理框架下,社会工作者以何种身份“入场”?而且,在以管控取向的群众动员下,社会工作专业性、职业性又如何表达,如何呈现?破解这些问题,都需要专业社会工作者保持一份理性与清醒。由此,本刊邀请有关专家学者就“重大疫情防控中如何发挥社会工作专业优势”的问题进行讨论。本次讨论不仅是社会工作理论的运用,更是对社会工作制度建设的一种深刻反思。对于疫情中的社会工作专业优势,王思斌教授在《社会工作发挥专业优势介入社会危机事件的专业情怀和专业理性》一文中强调,最核心的在于它助人自助的价值观念、科学艺术的工作方法和理性务实的服务风格,而其实现则需要彰扬专业情怀、专业理性和跨专业合作。关信平教授在《加强制度建设,充分发挥社会工作在抗疫治理中的专业优势》 The outbreak of COVID-19 in the spring of 2020 has once again issued a warning to the development of human society.With its superior socialist system,China has started an epidemic people’s war.As a professional force,Social work is not absent,social workers active in urban and rural communities,square hospitals,for the outbreak prevention and control input"positive energy."And overall growth in epidemic prevention On February 23,General Secretary Xi Jinping said at a meeting on the overall promotion of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 outbreak and the deployment of economic and social development:We should give full play to the professional advantages of social work and support social workers,volunteers and volunteers to carry out psychological guidance,emotional support,security support and other services.This is a full affirmation of social workers adherence to a professional stance and dogged fight against the outbreak.The fight against the outbreak of new coronary pneumonia is mainly in the"disease treatment"and"community prevention and control"two aspects,in theory,social work in which there is a vast number of professional space.However,due to the complexity and danger of the epidemic,the profession-al advantages of social work face many challenges:First,"disease treatment"on-site intervention restrictions,social workers are basically absent,even in the square cabin hospital professional intervention is shallow,why?In what capacity does a social worker"enter"?Moreover,under the mobilization of the masses with the orientation of control,how is the professionalism of social work expressed?To solve these problems,we all need professional social work to maintain a rational and sober.Therefore,the journal invited relevant experts and scholars on the"major epidemic prevention and control in how to play the professional advantages of social work"issue.This discussion is not only the application of social work theory,but also a profound reflection on the construction of social work system.As for the pro
