摘要
针对浅层超稠油油藏SAGD生产过程中蒸汽腔发育不均衡、三维形态难以准确刻画的问题,运用高品质三维地震资料,采用地震正演模拟、蒸汽腔敏感属性分析等手段,联合生产动态、温度监测、焖井试验、地质模型等多种数据有效限制地震刻画的边界,降低多解性,实现对蒸汽腔三维形态的准确刻画。将研究结果应用在新疆风城油田重18井区和重32井区,指导井距优化和直井辅助SAGD设计,加速蒸汽腔平面扩展,提高水平段动用程度,平均单井日产油量提高了7. 9 t/d。该研究成果拓宽了地球物理技术向油田开发服务的领域,为稠油热采监测提供了有效手段,对储层非均质性较强的浅层超稠油油藏SAGD的高效开发具有重要的借鉴意义。
In order to improve the uneven development of steam chamber and the challenge in 3D morphology characterization during SAGD production in shallow extra-heavy oil reservoir,high-quality 3D seismic data were used to accurately characterize the 3D steam chamber morphology through seismic forward modeling and sensitivity analysis. Multiple data were combined to effectively limit the boundaries of seismic characterization and reduce multiplicity,including production history,temperature monitoring,soaking test,geology model,etc. It was applied to the Wellblock Zhong18 and Wellblock Zhong32 in Xinjiang Fengcheng Oilfield to guide the wellspacing optimization and assisted SAGD design. The lateral steam chamber expansion was accelerated and the producing level of horizontal section was increased,and the corresponding daily oil production was increased by 7. 9 t/d. This research broadens the field of geophysical technology to oilfield development and provide an effective means to the thermal recovery monitoring of heavy-oil reservoir. It also could presents certain reference for the efficient development of SAGD in shallow extra-heavy oil reservoirs with strong reservoir heterogeneity.
