摘要
利用多段井耦合数值模拟和正交试验设计方法,系统开展了储层物性、新老分支流入能力、位移分支节点适应性研究。研究表明,物性水平对分支可采贡献比呈幂函数式影响;为降低“水桶”风险,建议改造分支间平面渗透率级差小于10,油水黏度比低于38,侧钻点角度30°~60°为宜;改造时机影响有限,为规避早期地质油藏风险,侧钻时机可选择在中高含水期。近年海上X油田已成功应用实施在产水平井MRC改造9井次,改造后日产油量提高1.9~7.4倍,对低油价下水平井经济极限挖潜具有推广价值。
The reservoir physical properties,the inflow capacity of new and old branches and the adaptability of displacement branch nodes were studied systematically by means of multi-stage well coupled numerical simulation and orthogonal experimental design.The results show that the level of physical property has a power function effect on the recoverable contribution of the branch.In order to reduce the risk of“bucket”,it is suggested that the plane permeability ratio between the modified branches should be less than 10,the oil-water viscosity ratio be less than 38,and the angle of sideway drilling point be 30°~60°.As the influence of renovation timing is limited and to avoid the risk of early geological reservoir,lateral drilling can be selected in the middle and high water cut period.In recent years,the offshore X oilfield has successfully applied and implemented 9 MRC retrofits of producing horizontal wells.The daily oil production has increased by 1.9~7.4 times after the reconstruction,which has a promotion value for the economic limit of horizontal wells under low oil prices.
